Esoterism. Gr. ἐσώτερος, the inside, deep Group of magical and spiritual knowledge with a secrecy and initiating feature. It aims for knowing secret quality about the environment and the universe, it has knowledge of astrology, divination and rituals but also mediation or ecstasy. It is different from occultism since aims to know and not to do, it is focused on spiritual issues.
